As PR Manager MotoGP, you are responsible for shaping, protecting and amplifying the public perception of KTM’s premier-class racing project. You are the central interface between riders, team, management, media, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our story is communicated consistently, authentically and with maximum impact around the world.
From race weekends and team announcements to rider communication and strategic media relations, you help bring KTM Factory Racing closer to fans, journalists, partners and the global motorsport community.

THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- lead and execute the communication strategy for KTM Factory Racing’s MotoGP programme across all race events and season activities
- act as the primary interface between riders, team management, MotoGP rights holders, media, partners and internal stakeholders
- manage international media relations, media hosting, media operations, interview and team schedules across race weekends, launches, tests and special events throughout the MotoGP season
- develop and deliver compelling communication content including press releases, media materials, interviews and feature stories
- coordinate communication initiatives across PR, marketing, social media, sponsorship and corporate communication teams
- support rider communication, media appearances and crisis communication activities while ensuring consistent messaging
- identify storytelling opportunities that strengthen both sporting and commercial objectives and elevate the global profile of KTM Factory Racing
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- several years of experience in public relations, communications or media relations, ideally within international sport, motorsport or a high-performance environment
- degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Sports Management or a comparable qualification
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; German is considered an advantage
- experience working with athletes, teams, sponsors and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment
- strong understanding of the global motorsport landscape and the MotoGP ecosystem
- strong understanding of the interplay between media relations, digital communications, content creation, social media, sponsorship activation and evolving media consumption trends
- passion for motorsport and readiness to operate in a global racing environment, including international travel aligned with the MotoGP calendar
